OVERVIEW
ARENA is a digital platform designed to streamline business-to-business fuel purchasing and transactions. The platform enables fuel dealers to competitively bid on new customer orders in real time. This system enhances transparency, efficiency and competitiveness within the B2B fuel supply chain.

Background
Previously, fuel dealers submitted their bids manually visa email after receiving customer fuel requests. Once all bids were received, an administrator would review them and determine the winning dealer.
This process was not only time-consuming and inefficient, but also heavily reliant on manual coordination. It required significant administrative effort to ensure alignment across all parties in the supply chain, often leading to delays and miscommunication.

Objectives
The primary goal of ARENA was to develop a fully automated application that streamlines the fuel bidding process between dealers and administrators. By digitising this workflow, the platform aims to bring full transparency to the supply chain, reducing miscommunication, minimising delays and improving overall efficiency.
Solutions
The app allows customers to set specific delivery times and locations when placing orders. These details are visible to all bidding dealers, ensuring that only those who can meet the delivery requirements participate. Once the bidding window closes, the order is automatically awarded to the most suitable dealer.
To support operational oversight, ARENA also includes an admin dashboard that provides real-time visibility into current orders, bidding activity and dealer performance, empowering administrators to manage the process more effectively and with less manual intervention.

Each interface was crafted with usability and clarity in mind, ensuring a smooth experience across all roles within the supply chain.
Customer interface
Customers can submit fuel order inquiries by specifying their preferred delivery date, time and payment terms. Once bidding is complete, they can review and accept the offer that best suits their needs.
Dealer interface
Dealers can browse available customer inquiries, place bids and manage the bids they've submitted. The interface allows dealers to easily track their bidding activity and respond efficiently.
Administrator interface
The mobile version for the admin allows them to perform key tasks such as approving new dealers and adding or removing fuel products from the system. This ensures smooth platform management and operational oversight.
