OVERVIEW
The Gas PETRONAS Home Delivery (GPHD) App is the official platform that allows customers to order cooking gas cylinders directly from authorised PETRONAS dealers, offering the convenience of doorstep delivery.

Background
Traditionally, customers placed gas cylinder orders visa phone calls β either to Mesralink hotline, local dealers, or nearby sundry shops. This manual process was time consuming and inefficient, relying heavily on availability and coordination between parties.
Problem
Ordering by phone calls had become increasingly inconvenient for both customers and dealers. PETRONAS lacked an official digital channel to support its home delivery services for cooking gas, creating inconsistencies in service and customer experience.

Project Solution
The Gas PETRONAS Home Delivery (GPHD) app was developed to streamline and digitise the ordering process. Designed with user convenience in mind, it offers same-day or next-day delivery options. Key features such as 'Reorder' and 'Multiple Saved Addresses' simplify repeat purchases, while in-app notifications provide real-time delivery tracking β enhancing transparency, trust and customer satisfaction.
